It wasn’t until just over two years ago, that I learned about the value that a great travel agent can add to avacation. I decided to ask Erica to help organize a two week vacation in St. Lucia for my daughter and me. I heard that Erica was in the early stages of developing her business and I thought I would help her out by booking the vacation with her rather than booking it directly with the resort. I was surprised that Erica actually ended up helping me out more than I would have expected. Erica was well organized, thorough and had everything planned out; even things that I wouldn’t have thought to organize. She found a perfect resort that met all of our needs and when we wanted to try Kite Boarding, she found an instructor for us that literally worked out of a trailer on a nearby beach. Without Erica, we never would have found our instructor. The level of service exceeded my expectations so this year when we wanted to travel to Tanzania to climb MountKilimanjaro and go on a Safari, I naturally called Erica. She easily understood what we wanted to experience, how we wanted to experience it and how much we wanted to spend. Erica found the perfect tour operator and helped us plan a perfect vacation!

As you can imagine, there is much more involved with a trip to a developing country and Erica was on top of every aspect of our trip. Hotels were booked, transfers organized and tours were booked but it was the way in which it was booked impressed me. There was no pressure to follow a particular agenda, Erica was flexible to our needs and she made it easy for us. With about three weeks before our departure, some security concerns required us to make some changes to flights and hotels; I was starting to panic just a little but Erica calmly helped us make the required changes to our itenirary with ease and grace. We had a fantastic vacation. I’m not sure when I will be travelling again but I do know that I will use Erica as my travel agent!!

Paul and I had the most amazing vacation with 15 of our closest friends all thanks to Erica and her expertise with planning and organizing large group vacations.  She was professional in dealing with our large group, she was prompt and thorough in returning so many emails and phone calls with all of the questions we had.  The resort she recommended was absolutely perfect…..a great location, size, amazing food, fitness and service.  We were celebrating Paul’s 50th Birthday, and Erica went the extra mile to ensure we had the best room at the resort with a stunning view of the ocean and on arrival a beautiful bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room.   In planning Paul’s special dinner, she connected me with the events coordinator so it was easy to meet up with him and review all the details that we had planned.  The staff were so helpful in decorating the cabana and making sure everything was perfect.  The meal was delicious and Paul was so touched with all the little details that went in to the evening-a truly memorable night.  Erica was always available to us-via email while we were there if any questions came up, which was awesome as well.  The vacation was a huge success and everyone had such a fabulous time!
